Named after the ornately coloured sea anemone – a close relative of coral and jellyfish, with an array of tentacles that sway and intertwine in the ocean. An early design experimenting with colours, using strips of dyed and cut plastic bottles. Each strip has been cut into thinner strips and interwoven with each other to emulate the flowing fronds. The colours blend together when it is lit up, creating prismatic patterns. It measures approx. 38cm /15″ in diameter.
